The Ontario Beekeepers' Association (OBA) was established in 1881. 
It is one of the oldest established farm organizations in Ontario.  It was founded even before the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food. 
The OBA is incorporated under the Agricultural and Horticultural Organizations Act (1987).
