Harvest Hastings Farmer to Farmer Workshop Series

The Harvest Hastings Farmer to Farmer Workshop Series is presenting an afternoon luncheon meeting specifically for beekeepers. It will be held at Club 580 located at 168 Hastings St. N. Bancroft ON  Saturday March 2, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Our host for the afternoon is Susan Chan. 

 

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from McGill University, a Master of Science in Pollination Biology from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario. She is a faculty member in Fleming College’s innovative Sustainable Agriculture Program. She is also an ecological beekeeper and an executive member of the Central Ontario Beekeepers Association.  

 

Susan is a knowledgeable and very engaging speaker. We are very fortunate to have her come to our area. I hope that you will come to join us.
