2026 OBA Annual Meeting & Conference

The OBA Annual Meeting & Conference will take place Thursday, November 26th to Saturday, November 28th at Horeshoe Valley Resort just north of Barrie, ON.

 

Convention will be hybrid:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

 

Get involved! Any member of the OBA can put forth Membership Resolutions. The deadline to submit resolutions to the board is Tuesday November 10th. Members play a crucial role in decision-making by participating in the business portion of the meeting.

 

Voting on Membership or Board Resolutions occurs during the OBA Business meeting on Friday, November 27th.

 

Another way to get involved is to run for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is a great way to understand the day to day inner workings of the industry, understand the demands and struggles and strive to implement effective strategies to deal with these aspects. Nominations for the board will be received until November 10th.

 

Voting on Board of Director Nominations occurs during the OBA Business meeting on Friday, November 27th.

The Meeting:

We have decided to continue with a social night, filled with snacks, cash bar, games, and more. It's included in the registration fee, and will take place on the Friday night between the two main conference days. All registrants can attend.
