The OBA AGM Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Conference will take place Friday, November 28th and Saturday, November 29th at the Delta Hotel in Guelph, ON.

Convention will be hybrid: In-person & ONLINE via Zoom (both require registration)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Get involved! Any member of the OBA can put forth Membership Resolutions. The deadline to submit resolutions to the board is Wednesday November 19th. Members play a crucial role in decision-making by participating in the business portion of the meeting.

Voting on Membership or Board Resolutions occurs during the OBA Business meeting on Friday, November 28th.

Another way to get involved is to run for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is a great way to understand the day to day inner workings of the industry, understand the demands and struggles and strive to implement effective strategies to deal with these aspects. Nominations for the board will be received until November 19th.

Voting on Board of Director Nominations occurs during the OBA Business meeting on Friday, November 28th.

The Meeting:

There will be vendors on site. 

We have decided to continue with a social night, filled with snacks, cash bar, games, and more. It's included in the registration fee, and will take place on the Friday night between the two conference days at Royal City Brewing Co. All registrants can attend.

The option to attend online is available if you can't make it to Guelph.

A block of rooms has been set aside for the conference at a preferred rate.
