Voting on Membership or Board Resolutions occurs during the OBA Business meeting on Thursday, November 23rd.

See the call for Member Resolutions.

Another way to get involved is to run for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is a great way to understand the day to day inner workings of the industry, understand the demands and struggles and strive to implement effective strategies to deal with these aspects. Nominations for the board will be received until November 10th.

The Agenda:

The current Agenda is HERE.  (N.B. Agenda is subject to change)

PLEASE note, the Social event is on the Thursday night (not Friday).

The Meeting:

The tradeshow room is back. We'll have vendors and information booths ready to chat with you about all things beekeeping. Come see Stanabbey, MyApiary, Dominion & Grimm Inc., Dancing Bee Equipment, Hiveworld, Aussie Bee, NOD Apiary Products Ltd, Busy Bee, Bee Frames Canada, Propolis-etc, Andermatt, Early Queen Arrivals and The UoG Honey Bee Reserach Centre.

We have decided to not do a formal banquet again this year and instead host a fun social night, filled with snacks, cash bar, games, and more. It's included in the registration fee, and will take place on the Thursday night between the two conference days. All registrants can attend.

The option to attend online is available if you can't make it to Peterborough.

The honey exchange will be available. Bring jars of your unique, seasonal or otherwise interesting honey and take home someone else's unique, seasonal or otherwise interesting honey. 500g jars please!

A block of rooms has been set aside for the conference at a preferred rate. The code and access information for booking your stay at the hotel is found within the registration page. Deadline for booking the room at the preferred rate is November 3rd.
