Establishing a Queen and Nuc Business, Scaling up a Queen Business and/or Scaling up a Nuc Business
With these courses, the focus is to teach beekeepers the business side of operating a nuc and queen production operation. It can be challenging to start a nuc or queen production business and that there aren’t many resources currently available to help beekeepers understand what establishing or successfully maintaining a business looks like.
Topics include business planning, infrastructure, marketing and sales, regulatory compliance, and disease management specific to queen and nuc producers.
Combo packages are available. Sign up for Establishing, or Establishing & Scaling up Queen or Establishing and Scaling up Nuc, or Establishing and Scaling up both, or just Scaling up Queen, or just Scaling up Nuc or both Scaling up workshops. Whatever suits your needs!

Learn how to plan for growth, build efficient systems, manage the resources and workforce needed to support expansion, and develop a sustainable queen production business.
